How can I create an account on YouData.ai?

Go to the homepage at www.youdata.ai and click on the "Sign Up" button. Then, follow the instructions to create your account.

Is my account information secure?

Yes, the security of your account is our top priority. We employ encryption and comply with industry best practices to ensure your information is protected.

What should I do if I encounter issues logging in?

Check your internet connection, ensure you're using the correct credentials, and try resetting your password. If issues persist, contact our support team.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, we recommend one account per user to ensure a fair and secure platform for everyone.

Is there a session timeout for my account?

Yes, for security reasons, there is a session timeout. You will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity.

Trouble creating/signing into a new account.

If you're having issues receiving login codes via email or phone, please check that there are no blockers or filters on your email, and confirm that your phone has sufficient network coverage to receive texts. Additionally, allow at least one hour to receive a code. If you still encounter problems, contact our support team for assistance.

How do I change my profile details?

Username

Currently, we do not offer the option to change usernames.

Profile Picture

To update your profile picture, go to your profile and click on the "Edit Public Profile" tab. From there, you can change your picture by clicking on “Update new profile pic”.

Display Name

To update the name displayed on your profile, visit your profile page and click on the "Edit Public Profile" tab. There, you can change your "Display Name".

Email Address

To update the email associated with your profile, go to your profile page and click on the "Edit Public Profile" tab. There, you can change your "email address". Additionally, you have the option to connect your account with GitHub, Twitter, LinkedIn, or your personal website.

Interest Topics

To update the interest topics on your profile, go to your profile, deselect the topics you previously chose, and select new ones. Please note that you can choose up to three topics.

Add/Update Bank Details

To update your bank details, visit your profile and click on the "Bank Details" tab. There, you can update your account information. Additionally, you can add or change your UPI information in the same section.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to hear you want to leave! To delete your account, go to your profile, click on the "Account Tab," and then select the "Close Account" link located in the bottom right. Upon deleting your account, all personal data associated with it will be removed following our Privacy Policy.
